  • Patients complete a physical exam and diagnostic testing at a local urgent care or clinic of their choice.
  • Once results are available, we manage medications virtually providing refills, adjustments, and education tailored to your goals.
  • No need to switch primary care providers. We collaborate when needed and prioritize continuity.

Donlee is led by Dokota Brown, a dual-certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology primary care. With advanced training in both mental health and chronic disease management, Dokota brings a grounded, systems-based approach to care, balancing clinical precision with emotional intelligence.


As founder and clinical director, Dokota is deeply committed to building care models that are clear, collaborative, and responsive to the needs of individuals and families. Her work centers on:

We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. For patients using out‑of‑network benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request to submit for reimbursement. Our goal is to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone

  • Comprehensive Intake (60–75 min) — $150
    Full assessment, history, and treatment planning.
  • Extended Session (50–60 min) — $100
    Deeper work, medication follow‑up, or counseling support.
  • Focused Session (30 min) — $75
    Targeted check‑ins, brief interventions, or medication adjustments.


Packages & Sliding Scale

  • Prepaid Package (5 sessions) — $450 (saves $50)
  • Sliding Scale — $75–$100 available for patients with financial hardship

No. You’re welcome to continue with your current provider or use urgent care for your physical and labs. We collaborate with your existing care team when needed, but we don’t require you to switch providers. 


 We require a recent physical exam and any relevant labs (e.g., blood work, EKG, imaging) depending on your condition and medications. These can be completed at a local urgent care. 


This depends on the medication and your health history. In general, we follow evidence-based guidelines to ensure your safety. We’ll let you know what’s needed and when—no guesswork on your part.  


We support a range of chronic conditions, including:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes 
  • Thyroid disorders -
  • Menopause-related symptoms 
  • And more 


Most visits are virtual. After your initial labs and physical are complete, we’ll meet via secure video to review your results and discuss your care plan.


We’ll guide you through what’s needed, but typically:

  • A copy of your recent physical exam
  • Lab results (within the past 6–12 months)
  • A list of current medications
  • Any relevant specialist notes (if available)


We’re happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If you’re using insurance, we’ll walk you through what’s covered and what’s not—no surprises. Self-pay options are available.


We’re here for that too. Whether it’s communicating with your urgent care, requesting records, or helping you understand your options, we’ll support you every step of the way.

  • Superbills are available upon request.
  • We do not guarantee insurance coverage and recommend checking with your plan  directly.
  • Payment policies and fee schedules are provided prior to your first visit.
